And after learning about 91茄子鈥檚 commitment to women鈥檚 leadership and more about their management programs and the different concentrations in Leadership and Innovation, I knew that would be the best fit for me. To complement that, I decided to double minor in Sociology and Communication. Because in order to be an impactful leader, you need to be able to effectively communicate and understand why people do the things that they do.鈥
